It’s Shen. 

Hey! I’m Shen, originally from a tiny coastal town in Essex called Harwich, but currently residing in the beautiful Frome, Somerset!

I’ve been religiously squinting one eye and looking through a lens with the other for going on 15 years now, and not a day goes by where I can’t believe that I get to call this a job!

My love for photography all started thanks to my late Grandad when he bought me a box brownie film camera when I was a little girl, and ever since that day my obsession and intrigue with film cameras and photography blossomed. Thanks to that box brownie, I have seen incredible corners of the world and experienced some of the most amazing moments in my life, because my cameras have led me to buy many plane tickets and pack my life into bags many times. I’ve chased waves photographing surfers, and bounced around gigs and festivals shooting bands on tour across the world, from Australia to Scotland, and I’ve also got emotional every single time I’ve captured a wedding, because it’s pretty cool to be a witness to such moments.

Folks, there is a 99.9% chance I will get teary eyed at some point shooting your engagement or wedding haha!

What can I say, I am a hopeless romantic!

Fun fact about me is that I just love to ride my motorcycle! During the warmer months when I’m not photographing weddings, I’m riding my bike scaling spots across the South West of England to camp! So, if you’re in need of a good campsite recommendation in the West, I’m your girl! ;)
